1. About IRIS

IRIS is a tarot introspection mobile application published by IRIS PARIS, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) registered in France (SIREN 101 388 551), 10 Rue de la Paix, 75002 Paris.

By creating an account or using IRIS you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

IRIS is intended for users aged 18 and over. You confirm your date of birth during onboarding. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You sign in with Apple, Google or a phone number. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in method secure and for the activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app.

4. Using IRIS

IRIS is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• use the service to send unlawful, infringing, harmful or offensive content;
• reverse engineer, tamper with, probe or attempt to bypass security or rate-limiting mechanisms of the app or its servers;
• use IRIS to build or train a competing product, or to extract data at scale for any other purpose;
• resell, rent, sublicense or otherwise commercialize access to IRIS.

5. Content you create

Photos of card spreads, readings and journal entries ("User Content") remain yours. By using IRIS you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store and display your User Content solely to operate the service for you.

You are responsible for the legality of the content you capture or write in IRIS.

6. Disclaimer — not professional advice

Readings generated by IRIS are provided for self-reflection and entertainment purposes only. IRIS does not make predictions and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial or other qualified advice. Do not rely on the app for decisions that require a qualified professional.

7. Subscriptions

When subscriptions are offered, they are sold through the Apple App Store. Pricing, billing, free trial, renewal and cancellation terms are displayed on the purchase screen before you confirm. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled through your Apple ID settings. All payments are processed by Apple; IRIS does not receive your payment card details.

8. Intellectual property

IRIS — including the app, its design, illustrations, code, text and trademarks — is owned by IRIS PARIS and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your supported Apple devices, subject to the App Store terms.

9. Availability, changes and termination

We may update, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms; the current version is always available at this URL with the "last updated" date. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.

You can stop using IRIS and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

10. Warranty disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, IRIS is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or always accurate.

To the extent permitted by law, IRIS PARIS's total liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under French or applicable consumer law.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of mandatory protective provisions of the law of your country of residence. Disputes are submitted to the competent French courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.
