Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Profile, scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete account". You will be asked to confirm. Your data is hard-deleted within 30 days, except billing records we are legally required to keep.
How do I get a copy of my data?
Open the app, go to Profile, and tap "Download my data". This opens a pre-filled email to support@iris.paris. We reply within 30 days, as required by the GDPR.
I'm having trouble signing in.
If you signed in with a phone number, make sure you can receive SMS on that number. If you signed in with Apple or Google, make sure you are using the same Apple ID or Google account you used to create your IRIS account. If it still does not work, email support@iris.paris and we will help.
